 By purchasing from our shop, you are agreeing and consenting to our terms and conditions as stated below. 

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, no exceptions.
• We ship in 1-3 days. If there is a delay, you will be notified through email.
• Most items are preloved and carry minor signs of wear. We disclose as many imperfections as we can, however there is always the slight chance we may miss a minor flaw occasionally and unintentionally.
• All preloved items are washed before shipping (all brand-new-with-tag items excluded).
